Areas of Practice

I practice only two areas of law—criminal defense and immigration law. And I do so very well. I appear primarily in the federal district court in San Diego, but also handle cases in California state court, and federal district courts and immigration courts around the country. My practice in these areas extend to both appeals and habeas petitions.
